LAMINAR AIR FLOW CABINETS (Horizontal) 6875
Laminar flow principle involves double filtration of air through coarse pre-filters
(up to 5 microns) and Heat filter (down to 0.3 microns) for filtration of biological
and particulate contaminants. A constant uni-directional air flow is drawn from
atmosphere and passed through pre and heat filters on the work surface. Fabricated
out of reinforced ply board which is clab in from out side in laminated sheet
and inner exposed areas are finished in epoxy paint. Table top covered with non-glaring
laminated sheet or stainless steel sheet (optional). Side panels are fixed and
are made out of transparent acrylic sheet. The front door is folding type and
made of thick acrylic sheet. (Optional) Stand is built in type or detachable.

Double wall construction, inner made of anodized aluminium or stainless steel
sheet and outer made of thick mild steel sheet duly finished in stoving enamel
paint. the gap is filled with glass wool for insulation of temperature. In
addition to a double walled door a full view clear acrylic door is provided
for observation in chamber without opening it to avoid disturbance to the
inner conditions. Instead a double glass window can be provided in the main
door. Adjustable perforated shelves of stainless steel are provided. Temperature
range 5ºC to 50ºC ±1ºC is controlled and indicated
by a dual electronic digital temperature controller-cum-indicator. Humidity
control from 55% to 95% ±2%RH is attained by a humidistant and created
in a stainless steel water reservoir set below the chamber and heated by
immersion heater. A 0-24 hour timer is also provided. The control panel is
provided with indicator lamps, controls etc. Equipment to work on 220Volts,
AC 50Hz, single phase. Supplied with cord & plug. Arrangement for fluorescent
illumination and daylight has also been provided. The control panel is provided

DESTRUCTOR INCINERATOR 6954
Developed as per standard guide lines provided by Central Pollution Control
Board.
The Incinerator is a twin chamber unit, externally built with a strong M.S.
casing which houses special refractory bricks. The inner lining of the chambers
is gilded with high alumina refractory bricks. Additional insulation bricks
with ceramic fibers are provided all around the refractory lining. The inner
most lining is of siliminite grooved bricks.
Both the Primary and Secondary Chamber are installed with nickel chromium
heating coils to maintain the required temperatures. Heating coils are located
in completely
closed grooved bricks and terminated in the terminal box at the rear. The
charging door is in the front of the unit. The Primary and secondary chambers
are one
above the other and the flue gases after burning the waste, are drawn out
from the side of the incinerator unit. Each of the chambers is provided with
a pair
of temperature sensors and connected to the control panel. Ash is collected
in a tray from the rear bottom. The Incinerator System comprises of the following
main equipments:
1. Main Incinerator Unit - As described above.
2. Electric Control Panel - The 3 phase power supply is connected to the main
incomer of the control panel. As isolator switch is provided at the incomer.
Separate feeder are provided for the heaters of the chamber and blowers. Push
button ON/OFF switches and indication lamps are provided. The temperature indicating
controllers of both the chambers are also provided in the control panel. Ammeter
and Volt meter with selector switches are provides. The temperature indicating
controllers are digital type to indicate the prevailing temperature in the
chambers and also cut off the heaters when the preset temperature is attained.
3. Air Blower - The air blower ensures supply of adequate air for combustion
of the waste materials. The blower is driven with directly coupled motor (3
phase 415 Volts 50 Hz.) A butterfly valve is also provided for operational
control.
4. Exhaust Fan - The exhaust fan ensures necessary draught for drawing the
flue gases from the system. The fan is driven through a belt and motor (3 phase
415 Volts 50 Hz.) A butterfly valve is also provided for operational control.
5. Cyclone Separator - Cyclone Separator is provided for gas cleaning. Cyclone
Separator is fitted to the incinerator main unit after butterfly valve.
6. Chimney & Ductings - A chimney of up-to 30 Mtrs. height is provided
to let out the flue gases in-to the atmosphere. The Chimney is fitted with
a conical base bottom. A main hole at the bottom, sampling ports are provided
to the chimney.
7. Water Filter
• Erection & commissioning charges of various models are extra.
• Universally replaceable spares and components are readily available on
demand.
