Autoclave Fumigator is a Multi purpose product in the Hospital. It acts as Disinfector, Humidifier, Clematises, Insect Repellant Sprayer and Atomiser in the Hospital Fumigator Concentration is as below For routine disinfection, 30ml of formaline of 40% concentration with 90ml of pure water is 1000 Cu ft Area. For Intensive disinfection, 90ml of formaline of 40% concentration with 90ml of pure water is sufficient for 1000 Cu ft Area. Formalin : Dettol, Savlon, Servocide, Phenol can be safely used. This fumigator is best suited for Hospitals and related Industries.

SEED GERMINATOR (Single Chamber) 6850

Specification as above but double chamber. For cooling a sealed compressor unit has been provided below the chamber to work independently. Each chamber size : 555x910x605mm

HUMIDITY CABINET 6855
Double walled construction, inner made out of richly anodized aluminium or stainless steel sheet and outer that of thick mild steel duly finished in stoving enamel paint. Gap is filled with glass wool for temperature, insulation. A circulation fan has been provided to maintain uniform temperature & humidity through out the chamber. Nichrome heating elements are provided to heat the chamber effectively. Temperature range from ambient to 60ºC is controlled by a thermostat. L-shaped thermometer is provided to indicate temperature in the chamber. Humidity is created by a generating steam by heating water in a stainless steel reservoir by an immersion heater and subsequent condensation in circulating air. the humidity is controlled by a humidistant from atmospheric humidity to 95% ±3% RH. The double walled door has bee n provided with a double wall clear glass window for observation in the chamber without opening the door and disturbing chamber conditions. A control panel has been provided on left of the body and is provided with all control switches phase. Supplied complete with cord & plug but without hygrometer.

BLOOD BANK FREEZERS 6860
Standard double walled construction, inner chamber made out of stainless steel sheet and outer that of thick mild steel sheet duly stoving enamel painted and gap filled with glass wool for temperature insulation. Complete with double walled door with lock & key arrangement. Temperature between 4ºC to 6ºC is maintained by a digital temperature controller-cum-indicator and trigger audio-visual alarm in case of temperature fluctuations. A door operation alarm is also provided along with power failure alarm as a safety device. Drawers with index cards have been provided to hold blood bottles or blood bags. A sealed compressor unit and cooling coils running throughout the chamber are provided for thermal uniformity. AUTOMATIONS DEEP FREEZER 6864
These plasma storage cabinets are designed for quick freezing and storing of plasma and related blood components at desired low temperatures up -35ºC. All models feature integrated control panel with digital temperature indicator cum controller and temperature recorder. Constructed of double walls, the exterior is made of powder coated sheet, steel finish while the inner chamber is made of stainless steel. The unit is mounted on castor wheels for ease of mobility. Preprogrameble collective device to draw precise volume of blood from donor. Fitted with uniformly oscillating collection tray to agitate blood during collection and ensure uniformly mixing of blood anti coagulant. Oscillation speed: 10RPM. Digital display indication:
• The volume of blood in the blood bag during collection.
