PULSE CODE MODULATION/DEMODULATION 2413
Kit consists: Crystal controlled frequency sample rate generator, high speed
sampler, bit quantitizer (8 bit) encoder (ADC 800) followed by parallel to serial
converter. Demodulator has shift register, PLL decoder, dequantitizer (8 bit
DAC), and LPF. Inbuilt analog 0-5 volt dc supply as signal. Built in supply,
mains operated.
AM TRANSMITTER DEMONSTRATOR 2414
The board consists: Audio preamplifier to accept signals from microphone, Variable
carrier frequency generator with constant amplitude from 550-1600 kHz, RF
power amplifier with antenna. Transmission range 20-30 feet. Complete on
printed circuit board with screen printing and test points, housed in teak
box with cover. Three switched faults. Built in power supply, mains operated.
AM Receiver Demonstrator 2415
The board is designed as part of AM transmitter demo as well as independent
unit. The board has antenna (coil), RF amplifier, local oscillator (1000-2100
kHz) mixer and IF amplifier, detector and AF amplifier with 3" loudspeaker.
Three switched faults. Complete circuit on printed circuit board with screen
printing, housed in teak cabinet with cover. Built in power supply, mains
operated.
FM TRANSMITTER DEMONSTRATOR 2416
The board has microphone amplifier, inbuilt modulating amplitude control, varacter
modulator with carrier generator ranges 88-108 MHz, pre emphasis circuit,
output amplifier with telescopic antenna. Complete circuit on printed circuit
board with screen printing. Three switched faults. Tx range 30-40 feet. Built
in power supply, mains operated. Housed in teak box with cover.
FM RECEIVER DEMONSTRATOR 2417
The board is designed as part of Tx demo as well as an independent unit. The
board consists integrated circuit for complete process from signal input
to AF output with de emphasis. AF output section is in discrete form with
3' loudspeaker. Three switched faults. Complete circuit with internal blocks
are screen printed upon printed circuit board. Housed in teak box with cover.
Built in power supply, mains operated.
ASK MODULATION/DEMODULATION 2419
The board has linear multiplier as ASK generator. Inbuilt logic signal, carrier
oscillator, demodulation circuit with inbuilt power supply.
FSK Modulation/Demodulation 2420
The board consists two spot carrier frequencies with linear multiplier modulators.
Built in logic signal with inverter. Demodualtion by PLL and camparator.
Inbuilt dc regulated power supply.
PSK MODULATION/DEMODULATION 2421
The board has inbuilt carrier oscillator with logic signal generator. Modulation
by linear multiplier and demodulation by PLL and linear multiplier.
BALANCED MODULATOR/DEMODULATOR DSBSC 2422
Aim: To study of balanced modulated (LM 1496) characteristics. To observe the
effect of multiplier gain, to observe the process of carrier null, to obtain
DSB SC signal from it. to study of balanced demodulator as product demodulator.
The kit consists balanced modulator in form of two quadrant multiplier chip
1496, modulation transformer, carrier signal generator and AF waveform generator
with associated components upon the board. Two quadrants multiplier chip
1496 as balanced demodulator. Inbuilt local oscillator of variable frequency
low pass filter.
IC BASED SAMPLE & HOLD KIT 2423
Kit consists: Sample and hold chip LM 398H, sample frequency generator with
pulse width control, AF signal in synchronism of sampling pulse, three capacitors.
